1. Who is producing this webcast? Veracast is the webcasting vendor for Citi 17th Annual BioPharma Conference and will be producing and hosting all live and archived webcasts from the Conference.
2. Who is Veracast? Veracast is a leading producer of live webcasts for the financial services industry. More information about Veracast and its services can be found at www.veracast.com.
3. Why are we being charged for a RegFD webcast link? The majority of the traffic and usage to Citi conference webcasts come from the links posted on the presenting companies' web sites for meeting SEC Regulation Fair Disclosure requirements. In order to accommodate this increased usage and traffic, the RegFD Webcast Package is available for purchase to help defray costs. Citi still supports the majority of the costs related to the conference and webcast production.

1. What is included in the RegFD Webcast Package? The RegFD Webcast Package will include a company specific link to the live and archived audio presentation. The webcast site will include an integrated audio player and will remain active for ninety (90) calendar days, unless shorter or extended hosting is requested (an additional fee may apply). The webcast site will have viewer registration and also show the scheduled presentation date and time, the name of the company and presenter(s) information (names, titles and optional company logo). You will also receive a link to the Veracast EventManager™ that will provide Viewer Access and Reporting information regarding your webcast.
2. Are there separate links to the live and the archived presentations? No, the RegFD webcast link that we furnish is the same for both the live and the archived presentations.
3. How do I preview my company's RegFD webcast link? Simply click on the unique RegFD webcast link that Veracast will email to you to view the webcast site. Contact Veracast if the link is not working properly or if changes/edits are required (e.g., speaker name, title, typos, etc.) or you may also use the Veracast EventManager™ to edit some of this information.
4. How do I shorten or extend the hosting period of our webcast? Simply contact Veracast at citi@veracast.com or (877) VERACAST (837-2227) and indicate how long you would like to shorten or extend the hosting period (an additional fee may apply).

1. How do I include our company's slides in the webcast? Veracast will email instructions to you on how to access and use the Veracast EventManager™ to upload and preview your slides for the webcast. The email will also have instructions on how to send in your PDF file by alternate methods such as email or US mail. If you wish to have your presentation slides accompany the webcast, please upload or send in your slide presentation at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled presentation time.
2. Can the webcast handle video files embedded in the presentation file? No, the webcast cannot include embedded video or animations at this time. However, the audio from any embedded video file or video presentation that is played back during the in-room presentation will be heard on the webcast.

1. Who will have access to the webcast? Veracast will provide you with a unique RegFD webcast link to your company's audio presentation that you may make available to whomever you choose. You may also post the link on your company's web site, publicize it in a press release or otherwise make it publicly known in any other manner. PLEASE NOTE: The webcast is made available to Citi institutional clients. Neither Citi nor Veracast take responsibility for publicizing the RegFD webcast link and will not make any link available to anyone other than a representative of the presenting company.
2. How soon after the presentation will the archive be available and for how long will it be available? The archive of the webcast will become available within three (3) hours after the end of the live webcast. The archive will remain available through your unique URL, as well as on the Citi portal, for ninety (90) calendar days, unless otherwise requested (click here for extended hosting options).
3. What type of security is available for my webcast? There is no security incorporated into your RegFD webcast link; although viewers will be required to register and have java/javascript and cookies enabled on their browser in order to access the webcast. However, you may post the webcast link behind any security you choose to implement on your own web site. Enhanced security config.features (such as limiting access to only visitors coming from your company web site or adding password security) may be programmed at an additional cost, please contact Veracast for further details.
4. Will the link that you supply to me provide access to any other company's webcast or the overall Conference agenda? No, the webcast link that we will supply to you is to your company's presentation only. The link will not provide access to any other company webcast, the conference agenda nor to the Citi Portal.

1. Can you provide us with a registration utility to capture information about the viewers of our webcasts? Yes, viewer registration is included in your RegFD Webcast Package. All viewers wishing to access your company's webcast presentation will be required to first register their first and last names, company, email address, and interest category (i.e., investor, shareholder, buy-side analyst, sell-side analyst, employee, other). You will have access to viewer registration information via the username/password protected Veracast EventManager™ which will provide Online Viewer Access and Registration Reports (see Technical Support and Other Services).
2. Will we receive information about the number of views to our webcasts? Yes, Veracast will provide you with a link to the Veracast EventManager™ that has a reporting utility that will display the number of hits to your webcast including selected viewer registration information.

1. Will there be someone at the conference to answer questions about my webcast? Veracast staff will not be onsite at this Conference. If you have any webcast related questions, please call (877) VERACAST (837-2227) or e-mail citi@veracast.com.
2. Is there technical support for my viewers if they are having problems with the webcast? Yes, there is an Help link posted on the webcast page. If your viewers require additional technical assistance, they may contact the Veracast Help Desk at (415) 418-6305 or via email to help@veracast.com. Veracast Help Desk staff will be available at least 30 minutes before and during the entire conference day.
3. Is extended hosting available? Yes, you can order extended hosting when you purchase a webcast by clicking here.

To receive the RegFD webcast link to the audio webcast of your company's presentation, please complete the RegFD Webcast Package Order Form. 2. What is the fee for the RegFD Webcast Package? If ordered by Friday, September 2, 2022, Veracast will provide you with a unique URL to the audio webcast of your company's presentation for a fee of $750.
